I've quite a bit of news to update on. uvu;;
I did succeed in selling my LLT V. Vincent head, and I've since paid off my Hawa from Soom. However, Soon is having a new event soon.. I hope I can resist if they rerelease Teschen. orz''

I recently purchased plane tickets to go out and see my cousin during Spring Break. :D I am super excited about it! I really wanted to do some traveling this year, so it makes me happy.

I ended up not having to pay as much for my taxes as I thought.. eve; My jobs are special in that I am being paid from specific school funds, so the schools don't deduct taxes from my salary. I've been putting about.. twenty percent of each of my paychecks into savings so that I would have enough for taxes this year, and as luck would have it, I have more than enough! So I have now nearly $2000 extra to spend. YES. -shot-

Of course a large chunk of that will be going to my loans.. but if I get into grad school this year, I'll have to use loans to pay for everything. uwu; It seems kind of pointless, but maybe I can go into school with no debt?
I was thinking of buying that macro lens I've been wanting for my camera.. ;; It would be so awesome to finally have a macro lens, and I want to improve my photography and really study the craft. On the other hand, I would love to purchase a Volks body for my new Rosetta Doll Agave girl.. XD
I'm really loving the female dolls lately, and I would love to complete her.. even though she doesn't have a name right now. -shot- She's my only SD girl, and I feel as though she's my new project.

I also want to get into doing faceups. I would love to try painting for once! I know it'll be a lot of hard work, but I'm sure it would be really rewarding in the long run. Aand that's all for now! uvu

A choice

Well.. I think I've decided that I am going to sell my LLT Ludwig. He's a beautiful sculpt - and so rare, too. But he really doesn't get the attention that he deserves here. uwu I sell him with a heavy heart, but it has to be done.

Hi, guys~ It's been a while since my last update. orz' A lot of the dolls that I had been waiting on have come home, so. ;v; That was nice. My Migidoll Mu and Dreamingdoll Misora came back from their faceups.. they are so awesome. ;3; I'll post the box opening below.

I opened Mu first. ;3; I feel kind of torn about him.. I purchased him with the thought that he would be my Migidoll Cho's brother. But after putting a wig on him..

I see him as being my original character, Brooke. ;; This wouldn't be a problem, except that.. I wanted my Uhui:R from SWITCH to represent Brooke. D8 Aah.. I don't know what to do! And here is Velvet, my sweet Mori girl. =v=;; She is one of my original characters. I think she's really cute! I don't really like her wig from Luts, though.. I'm really disappointed with it. orz'' I also got the faceup pictures for my Dollgru #12 head today. Photos belong to Kappa. xD He's really lovely. ;w; I was looking at some of my old blog posts here, and how I said I wouldn't get anymore dolls.. orz' And now I have about twenty. I feel kind of overwhelmed, and I think that I should sell a few of them to get down to a number that I'm more comfortable with. I fell in love with too many sculpts. u3u;; And after having my MSD girls, I find that I really enjoy the MSD size. I was just thinking back to how it was when I first joined the hobby, and I only had three dolls. I'm honestly running out of room for all of these floating heads, but I love the heads that I have. uAu; I have some choices to make, but I feel like I would be more comfortable with less dolls.

My favorite cousin came over to visit for the holidays. He had to fly back out to NC today, but I'm planning on visiting him in the spring! I'm really excited about going to see him. D8

It also ended up snowing here - on Christmas day! The weather outside is still pretty bad, but I managed to take a few photos of my KDF event head. ;v;

Wow, that's a pretty long title.. 8D; -shot- I purchased this doll on a whim last month. orz' My friend on DoA, Mystck, also got the same sculpt, and I thought it would be fun to share a sculpt with her. ;v;/ The sculpt is also so cute lsdkfj I couldn't say no. -shot-

I chose to get the type A faceup for her.. I think it is the less popular choice, but it has such an earthy tone to it. ;3; It's great for her character~

Aaand that's it! ;v; She's really adorable! I still need to name her and her clothes haven't arrived yet, but I can't wait to put this little one together.

As of right now, I am involved in a paging thread on DoA. No, I'm not the one being paged..but..
I commissioned a seamstress to sew some clothes for my Misora, Velvet. I believe I started the commission in October, and it is now December. I finally received a tracking number today, but it won't work. :/
I just hope that this all turns out okay. I spent a lot to get that dress made. u_u I can't even file a claim with Paypal at this point..it's far too late for that.

In other news, I am trying to win SWITCH's Christmas lottery. ;v; I entered for their Christmas Box.. I kind of hope I can win! That would be so cool. u3u If I don't win..orz'' I've really been eyeing Hawa and Flint from Soom.

I suppose if I don't win the SWITCH box.. I'll put one of them on layaway..maybe.. -shot-
